Why even make an app if u can't get it to work?! Was so excited to download & use, but quickly discovered calls don't get forwarded, among many other problems! I really needed this app to work since I'm away from office and work remotely, and it does not! Major fail on all levels.

The app tells the story of ESI. This is horrible. I cant use my landline due to all the issues they have. Started working on the app and now my brand new phone is having serious issues. It would be nice to be able to work. If I could give 0 stars to not only the app but ESI as well, I would.

I REALLY need this app to work properly, as I am never at my desk phone, however everytime it changes networks it unregisters my profile even though it shows a green icon indicating it is connected. Also the app crashes regularly and drops calls regularly. When it drops calls it still shows the call connected and it will not let you end the call, you have to kill the app.

About this app

To stay competitive, your organization’s high-performing employees need options to stay productive and accessible without being constantly tied to a desk. Plus, as a business, you must be able to maintain and protect company data and ensure your employees are accessible even while on the road. Employees are often using personal phones while on the road for business transactions, which the business has no visibility into. They need a solution that offers them the ability to use their personal device, yet remain connected to the corporate communication system, enabling them to leverage business information for every call. In addition, businesses often lose access to client information when customers are contacted outside of the business system. Businesses need a option that offers insight into employee and client interactions even while on the road. That solution is ESI Ditto™.

ESI Ditto mirrors the functionality of your ESI desktop phone right on your Android smartphone, allowing those on-the-go to make and receive business calls from anywhere while maintaining a single office phone number and voicemail.
Features
-- Make and Receive business calls made to your office phone number

Some mobile carriers prohibit or restrict the use of VoIP calls over their networks and may interfere with, block, or institute fees for calls made over their 3G / 4G / LTE data networks. Check the terms of your cell phone agreement to determine the rules for your carrier. ESI cannot guarantee service and is not responsible for any charges or fees assessed in connection with usage of ESI Ditto on your mobile device.
