I have issues with the surveys. The time estimations they give for them are wildly inaccurate. How are you gonna say that a survey with 100+ questions is going to take 3 minutes? I just tapped out of a "3 minute survey" that I'd been answering questions for for over 10 minutes, and I wasn't even halfway done. Also there are a lot of rejections for surveys that I have a high percentage to be approved for (80+%). If I'm not going to be approved, try to refrain from suggesting it to me.

Data hog!! I got a data limit message and checked settings because I use WiFi about 99% of the time... This app is using so much data!! More than twice the data of my highest used app and over half my total data usage!!! NOT OKAY!!!! Also, switched to a new phone, just noticed that I'm earning way less than I used to and basically no surveys when I used to have tons. I've had this app for many, many years. If this data drain is not fixed soon, I'm either restricting the app or uninstalling.

This app was awsome when I first found it off an ad. I used it for a while! I had a bunch of points. But I got a new phone and I wasn't able to be "eligible" for both of my phone's. I'm only using one now and it's service/sim is activated. I'd be more than happy to give this app an 5 star rating if I can have this fixed. (Edit) Embee mobile reached out to me and tried to help me fix it. Turns out it was just the two phones weren't working. I got a new one! And the app works just as it did!

I've had this app for years now and love it. I love turning in my points for the gift cards. However the only thing lately is I will spend like 20 mins on a survey and or sometimes finish one just to be told I did not qualify. And end up with only 2 points. That at least for me would say at least 10 to 15 points. Other than that I can't complain.

Let me put the good here at the top. You can earn gift cards with this app. Points are easy to redeem and I received the GC within a couple hours. However if your looking to make an easy couple of bucks - look elsewhere. This app is more about getting you to fill out surveys than it is about monitoring your mobile performance. For letting them track and analyze your mobile network you get 5 points a day. At that rate you get 150 points in a month which is worth a $1 Amazon gift card (I don't know if better redemption is available on other gift cards, I assume no). You can also fill out the monthly survey about your mobile service for 50 points. So you can earn $4 a quarter. Maybe I have unreasonably high expectations but I was expect $3 to $5 a month to let them monitor. I might have given this app 3 stars if the survey experience had been better. Outside of their own surveys I don't think I successfully completed a survey. Most of the time I didn't qualify. The app does pay out 2 points for these which is better than nothing but you can answer a significant number of questions 10+ before it kicks you out so it still feels like a waste of time. It would be better if they gave you a percentage of the total number of possible points awarded equal to the percentage of the survey completed. Some surveys break which is frustrating. No I didn't contact support because honestly, it just isn't worth the time. The most egregious survey was one that would look complete but then start another survey, another, and another (survey formatting would change and would look like you contacting different survey sites0. I eventually just gave up on it. Like I said the top you can earn gift cards using this app but if your looking to earn more than $1/month you have to fill out surveys. Letting them monitor your mobile performance maybe gives them a little edge over other survey apps but surveys are suppose to be the boost not the other way around.

I love this app I've been playing it for about 7 years I love playing this app .when i reach my points I get to choose from any gift card they have available and the one I pick always at Amazon if you ever have a problem with this app they usually fix it within 24 hours there's a way to go if you want free gift card and tell your friends you get more points and gift cards mobilemeter performances at great app give him a chance they are great customer service i give them a 10 star rateing *******
