An older version used to work for me. Since updating it doesn't work any more. Connecting to any client just gives me a black screen. Also did the same on my old ROM and previous (currently on lollipop, previously kitkat). Also does the same on my S4.

Your 4.4 or higher statement is completely false. Please get it working and I'll change my rating. It's been several months and I can't support my clients. I have to RDP to a server then ScreenConnect from there. Please, please fix. I bought this with the fact it were Mobile supported but as soon as the first update comes it, it's been months of not working.

ConnectWise developers have unfortunately broken this app. The search function for 'All Machines' is absolutely dreadful. This is rather disappointing since they finally fixed their standard mobile app. Running a search for a machine on a less than stellar Internet connection (whole point of a mobile app) absolutely degrades app performance. ConnectWise developers need to think long and hard about multi-threading... This is a consistent issue across their entirely product stack. It begs me to question the competency of their development staff or the management of them.

Could be my most used app, but it's missing some essential features: 1) Ability to store credentials 2) Protect app via android lock 3) Better use of the screen (ability to force screen landscape) 4) It appears that it just displays the web page in an "app", would be no problem with that but the above needs to be sorted. Also the web page then needs to be revisited by someone who has great innovative ideas on how to better present it. But hey it works and at least it's responsive. Otherwise it is ok

It uses the same interface on mobile devices as it does on desktop browsers. Which makes navigating unattended clients pretty kludgey on a smartphone. But the app works and is as reliable and fast as it is on the desktop.

New update breaks everything good about this app. Can't connect to a single host..just a blank black screen.
