Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ES Tu Consulado on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Esta aplicación es una herramienta interactiva, que busca facilitarla información y el acceso a los servicios consulares y de protección humanitaria a la población salvadoreña en el exterior.

Al utilizar el aplicativo tendrás a disposición un menú con múltiples opciones de consulta y acceso a los servicios que brinda el Gobierno de El Salvador, a través de su red diplomática y consular en el exterior. Para ello puedes navegar por las siguientes secciones:

Embajadas y Consulados: permite localizar la oficina diplomática y consular más cercana a tu ubicación o por medio de una búsqueda directa al introducir el nombre de una ciudad. Así, brinda información como dirección, teléfonos de contacto, redes sociales entre otros.

Servicios Consulares: información acerca de requisitos y costos de servicios consulares como pasaportes, registro del estado familiar, solvencias policiales, antecedentes penales, visa para ingresar al país, entre otros.

Protección Consular: información sobre los pasos a seguir para contactar al consulado más cercano o a la sede de Cancillería, para así recibir apoyo en casos de detenciones, repatriaciones, localización de personas y gestión de cuotas alimenticias, entre otros.

Emergencias: posibilita crear un reporte de emergencia ante desastres naturales o de índole humanitaria, las cuales requieran atención consular. Además, brinda acceso al número de WhatsApp y Centro de Llamadas de la Cancillería.

Denuncia Ciudadana: puedes reportar situaciones relacionadas con la atención que brinda la Cancillería, a las cuales luego se les dará seguimiento oportunamente.

Avisos y noticias: podrás conocer del que hacer de la Cancillería y el gobierno, así como sobre las ofertas de becas para estudiar en el extranjero.
