Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing iVivaAnywhere Smart Workplace on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

iVivaAnywhere SmartWorkplace provides facility booking and service request functionality for registered users of iVivaCloud installation.

App needs to be registered with iVivaCloud installation by entering “Domain ID”, “User ID” and “Registration Code” supplied by the system administrator of iVivaCloud installation.

Functionality:

Purpose of this app is to provide facility booking and service request functionality for registered users of iVivaCloud installation. 

App allows users to select a building, view available facilities at this point, and book. In addition, users could search for available facilities under a specified criteria. Then, select an available facility to book it. Floor plan shows the location of a selected facility, and other facilities located on the same floor. Map allows zooming/panning. Icon style indicates current availability of each room. Facility detail page shows operating hours and available facility services.

Where iVivaCloud installation supports it, app allows users to view and modify comfort parameters (temperature and lighting level).

App shows a list of Service Requests registered by the user, and allows user to register a new Service Request. Users can attach images to support the request, and send/receive messages related to the request.

App allows users to jump into specific pages of the app, or to perform predefined actions by scanning a QR Code.

App supports push notifications.
