This app saved me from hell. After reading a while chuck of negative comments from unlucky users , I decided to still give it a try. I bought 5ghc and it came within seconds. I bought more and it still worked. I'm very sure that those having the issues with the app is because their meter is not a smart meter. If your meter is not the smart type, you will definitely run into trouble. Big thanks to the developer. Good work done.

Very terrible 😏😏😏😏😏😏😏 Sunday I bought light it has not reflected. Monday I bought same..... Today same:...when u call customer care too all they tell you is that come to the office.Why won't some portion of the technicians be in the office so that when customers call, they help instantly? But anytime a customer call,unless you go to the office.Precise, this very prepaid was meant for customers conviniency sake.The system is bad and not working pls, I am getting tired of this whole app😥.

I don't get this app, I will go ahead and make payment and it will tell me that I will get a prompt from my Network to finalise Payment but it never comes. I just don't understand 😕. This app could be better

Very poor. Full of errors. Can't buy power when you need it the most. Pls do better ECG. We already have enough power issues, don't add this one too
