I don't care much about white list but this is the only app can still keep the connection when "Don't keep activities" option is enabled.

after problems with usb I decided that having adb over wifi would be really useful. OTOH, I didn't want to leave it on all the time and found this app which works well on my rooted but otherwise standard Galaxy Note 2 on android 4.1.2. ** I would suggest to the developer that the screen shows the IP address of the device so that expect users can simply "adb connect w.x.y.z" then "adb shell" and not need to mess around with getting the script off the memory card ** thanks!
