I didn't know that there is app that can look up prison or jail mailing addresses and any special conditions they have for inmates mail,it is very easy to use and helps than using traditional letters to stay contact with our family there.but a lot inmates needs more than a letter from their love ones,they need their love one to assist them find hacker ,to edit some soft copy files,(( hackerabrax@ gma,ilc.om )) help a friend's uncle edit some files to favour him and it was successful story.

Made an account. Bought 7 credits wrote and sent 1 letter that was never received and now says 0 credits and can't log in. Sent an email to try and fix the issue never heard back. They claim there was no email or name but not true both were included. I never send an email without putting my name and you have to add your email address to even send an email to customer service

I love this service, it easy to use and way more convenient then using traditional letters to stay in contact with my loved one. I love that I could lay in bed and send a letter even photos without having too go too the post office!! And letters arrive pretty quickly. Thank you for this app!

I have to say this is the best inmate correspondence app yet.. Ive tried several and at first I had an issue logging in, but the staff was very helpful and replied almost immediately..

App says "No internet, swipe down to reload" and crashes. Trying wifi, does same thing.
