Very very worst app, only showing connection failed, not able to track. I recommend not installed or used this app, very bad.

Most 3rd class speed post service. I have send 5 percels on 21/12/2020. But till now it is not delivered with in same state. Status of delivery is not change from 31/12/2020. Also i camplain on there complaint portal & aslo mail every where. But there higher authority is also not taken any action. I suggest please don't send any parcel through india post.

let me list the problems first 1. too many ads, most irritating is the frequently showing fullscreen ads. 2. you can save tracking (background tracking), but can't name them. if you have 1 trackings, non of them can be named. 3. UI is similar to a 10 year old mobile website UI. 4. other apps take 2 seconds to load data, this takes 10-20 seconds. there is nothing good about it.

All is well , but Post office services is too late as compare to Flipkart, Amazon, Services. E-kart services is very good. Post office workers are very dormouse. I hate Post office workers / Officers.

Background tracking is good thing or at least better than redirecting to the official website but If I can track only one tracking number in background then it is not much useful for a regular user like me. After tracking a number when I press back button it abruptly closes the app instead it should go to the home page. It should also show all the numbers I tracked previously so that I don't have to put the whole number next time. Looks like developer got only a few hours to do the job.

This app has the option to run in the back ground, which periodically tracks and provides the udpate. the information acuracy in real time actually depends on how the postal department scans and hodates. periodic updates are good , but some times you wont see any difference from last update, because the postal department did not action on the respective consignment. This is worth giving a try.
