The ui needs some work, at least on the tablet end. Inputting the score seems a little tedious. However this app has a good feature that the vex official scoring app does not have, the ability to save previous match scores. Unfortunately you need a server to use this feature.

About this app

VEX Virtual Scoreboard is an unofficial application to allow remote scoring of VEX Sack Attack tournaments and events. This application us a client for the Scorecard Server which is required for the uploading of match scores to a computer.

This application enables the scoring of matches at VEX events with the use of an Android mobile and the transfer of these scores to the server module. The server module, which is required for use, automatically enters the scores into the Tournament Manager system so little work is required with scoring, therefore more time can be spent on other tasks.

Please Note
- This application has NO connection to VEX Robotics Inc and is designed for use if required in a VEX Robotics Competition; It is an UNOFFICIAL application which the end user may choose to use

- This application requires the use of the Scorecard Server to upload results to a computer which must be obtained separately from the developers, the application can only be used as a scoring tool without the use of the server
