Currently I have the first generation Link device controlling all the sockets and lights throughout my house. However i have had difficulty controlling the sockets and lights on my out building. I thought this must be due to no signal reaching it from my link device. I read online that you can use two of the first generation link devices together for larger properties, I purchased another first generation link device However I cannot seem to link them together

This is probably the worst and most frustrating app I have ever tested on my phone. I simply don't know where to start. Interface is unprofessional and unintuitive, performance slow and unstable. But worst of all, I simply can't pair up my dimmers with the system. After several hours of trying and multiple failed attempts, the system managed to correctly assign maybe 30% of my light circuits, with the rest it's just not capable of doing it right. Avoid this system and the app!

Timers won't turn off! I have six timers. I turn them on when I am on holiday and then select 'pause' when I get home. THAT IS SUPPOSED TO STOP THE TIMERS. Instead, I then get woken up by lights coming on in the house because the timers are still operating. The app says they are paused. I am totally fed up of this system and app now. Oh, and the app constantly stops working and has to be reopened.

Lightwave have broken it again. Can't turn my timers on from the app so have to log in to the web app. Then if I try turn them off it won't do it . Basic process is... turn on... refresh... still turned off...bang head on desk... log in to web app. It's really frustrating as you have to turn everthing off then back on in the web app to make sure it's in the state you want it.

Avoid this app and hardware! Wish I never bought this hardware now, it's not backward compatible with old devices you might want to repurpose as remotes. It's a common problem of underskilled developers of apps as the internet connection is different on older devices. I will report it to Google so it will no longer appear on play on older phones, had I known how poorly it was coded I would never have wasted my money on this utter rubbish. Very disappointed. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, so will you.

The most unstable app I have running on my phone. Routinely logs me out and everytime you switch windows it crashes and you have to reload the app. This is a key feature if Android and yet not supported by lwrf. I've been using this app for years since Android 4 and now on Android 7 it still has the same core issues.
