Updated from a 3 star to a 1 star rating.... After using for a full month, I am very disappointed in and frustrated with the app. The camera can take up to 5 minutes, FIVE FULL MINUTES to show me what's going on after I receive a notification. That's IF the notifications decide they want to work... How do I know they don't work a lot of the time, because I'm in and out and get no notifications that there was motion. I have tried getting help from support and they are not helpful. Not worth it!

It connected just once. It worked fine. After entering the name for the cam link connection it didn't save it. If I open the app again I don't see the old connection, I must repeat the whole process again. Since the cam is as already configured, the first step "red light flashing" does not make much sense. So I have to unplug it and plug it back. It doesn't connect anymore, but the light on the camera is steady green. If I don't figure it out soon I'll return it.

I got 4 indoor cameras about 4-5 months ago. Initially the app was working well with these cameras but nowadays, the app sometimes drops these cameras and takes ages to pick the cameras up again. Also, it takes the camera ages to load a live stream (it could take minutes). Sometimes the camera might not be found or "connected" to the app and you have to reset the camera. But when the app does work, it works well. Image is great, sound, motion and voice detection, night vision.

I've been using one of your cameras for security then I realised there was no updates to make the camera app better or all add any new features like your competition. (Yi lot and imou life) . which they added speed play on playback and the design of the app is very useful. I don't wanna just buy another camera just because you guys don't have a better app but the camera is good.

Used to be a great camera now I cant even sign in or watch my camera due to network error??? I use this as a baby monitor, absolutely shocking this needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Terrible terrible design. Should've spent my money on a different brand of camera. Never again

So far, So good with Camera, picture great, audio loud enough to tell at animals to get off furniture - but App needs work. They need to have it where you can add an additional user to camera viewing account. Anytime my husband logs in on his phone, it will log me out on my phone (meaning I wont get notifications) and vice versa. This is not ideal since the purpose to keep eye on animals while we are at work. Other than that, only lost connection 1x, but havent since. Have had 2 days.
