The app hasn't worked literally EVERY time I try to use it for months now, you're lucky I am giving it 2 stars. Makes it VERY difficult to pay my bill when I can't get past the log in...just locks up. If you want happy customers, listen to all of the recent reviews & fix your app. If not, expect to lose us. UPDATE, uninstalled/reinstalled; did the same thing it did the last time I tried this, let me log in the 1st time but then locked up on any login attempts after it. Fix the issues.

Update: 4 months later and still no change. I am Uninstalling NOW. Like many others, the app hasn't opened for me in a few weeks. Before this, however, the app was a wonderful, resourceful tool and I enjoyed its convenience. I hope they fix this issue soon. If not I will be deleting the app as it is pointless in having. My app continues to not work.

It would be great if the application would actually open yet I'm left with a loading screen indefinitely. I figured it was my data but my work wifi has no chance in opening this either. I'd love to pay my bill but it doesn't seem like they want to make it easy for me... I suppose when it does work it actually works hence the 2 stars but it fights the whole way.

We have reported how a Joey keeps saying to restart. We do that about 2ce week. After I called, a service guy came here and the only thing he did was opened a box and exchanged the piece and left. It did the same things minutes after he left. We still have issues with this. As Murphy has it, it seems to go out in the middle of the show. If I cud get out of my contract without an early payoff penalty I wud go elsewhere. At the price I am charged I shouldn't have to put up with this every month!

App will not let me log in. It freezes every time I log in. I have to uninstall and reinstall again in order for it to work properly, but after the first time I log out of it and then try to log in again? it crashes or freezes. Needs immediate attention!

Dish Network used to be the number one satellite TV provider in my opinion. Now they have less high-definition channels to choose from, I have the American Top 250 with the Starz Movie package but I have been watching the same movies for 4 years. At the end of my contract they raise the price to get you to sign another two-year contract. If they do that to me this next contract due date I will drop dish and go to streaming.
