Using BlueStacks

Wonderful! The app stopped working, so, re-downloaded it. Now, it is totally dead! Open it, and it asks you to input your country. Do that and you get a message 'No network connection' then it closes! Which means, it renders a fairly expensive piece of kit, totally useless! No point in mailing them, they do not reply! Total scam frankly!

OK but needs some work. Need to be able to get to options without ringing the bell. Can't change anything when away from home. Time logs are wrong for Australia. DOWN TO 1 STAR, WILL NOT GET PAST CHOOSE COUNTRY ANYMORE. PLEASE FIX.

ios ok. android crashes on answer. Crashes all the time...on first run! Do NOT waste your money. This product is true garbage!!! Wish I could give zero stars.

If the app refuses to let you in using wifi and says wrong password, try it on 4g alone. Get it registered and running and then switch to wifi on a 2g only phone. When linking the camera to your (2g) wifi remember your phone should switch off it's connection to ur router wifi and connect to the door bell. Mine needed switching manually to make this pairing happen. I also needed to disable 5g on my virgin router. No app should be as difficult as this to instal, it needs some work.

App logged us out. Reset password did not work. I saw a reviewer saying to download the developer's app called "WeCSee". I finally managed to receive the CAPTCHA email and after resetting my password, I easily got the app connected using the QR code at the back of the device. When checking the manual, it specified using "WeCSee" app with this doorbell but for some reason the seller installed the "Dingbell" app instead. Both apps do not always work live but "WeCSee" seems to work better.

Can't even get started with the app to select a country... It said connection failed but I clearly had Wi-Fi. Unable to connect
