SoTalk mejora la comunicación entre el colegio o centro educativo y las familias.
Permite la comunicación del centro directamente al móvil de los padres, en tiempo real, mediante mensajes instantáneos. Puede ser un canal de comunicación unidireccional o bidireccional, el centro decide si los padres también pueden enviar mensajes o sólo recibirlos.
Los mensajes pueden ser en múltiples idiomas, y pueden contener archivos adjuntos (PDFs, fotos, videos, etc).
