Why because, I have a hi account, when I will try to login it says the number is not registered with hi. But I will try to forget password with the same number, I will receive password rest code to that same mobile number. What's going wrong with this app. It Is not for my account only, all my friends are facing same problem. And they can loose their thousands of photos. It is shame for you. Try to restore all problems we are faced with your app

I m unable to complete verification process.i heard lot about hi app.i tried to install but after install i m unable to complete verification process. I didnt gt any activation code either through sms or call. It creates negative impression.mine is htc one m9 plus n os is 5.0.2

The worst app I have seen till date, doesn't open but claims are tall, can't recover my old account, not able to register to new number.... dunno why do they develop such apps and make hallow promises..

I installed this app twice but still I haven't received my 4-digit activation code. I also tried to input my another number but still haven't received it. I clicked Resend Code button but it told me that I've already attempted and wait for 48 hours to resend again. The Call Me button also didn't work. I'm from Philippines and I will give this more stars if this got fixed. Thanks.

Doesn't work properly. Gives error message if i call India Numbers. customer care wont respond at all. i get the error message "The user you dialed is busy now Cancel OK " no one tries to resolve from the team.
