This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing VpnROOT - PPTP - Manager on PC Windows and Mac.

Used to use this app on my note 4 without a hitch. Doesn't work on my "new" Nexus 6 and emailed the dev a couple weeks ago with no response.

After looking for a VPN client which supports PPTP, I finally found this one and now I can connect to my home computer which I set up with Windows. For those using Kingroot, there are ways to convert to SuperSU.

Exact same settings used for the default vpn setup in settings doesn't work in this app. Just says PPTP connection is down. Its not I can connect use the inbuilt vpn.

Best VPN app so far. Works well with my pptp server. Purchased the pro version to support the developer. BTW the pro unlock app is called: VPN root pro plug in. Couldn't find it earlier.

This application was designed to allow connection of a VPN server without having to use PIN or Pattern Lock-Screen in Android.

To use the VPN service application needs ROOT.
