UPDATE: Was able to get app to work on headphone dongle - it required media be actively played before the app could detect it. Galaxy note 20 ultra- app did not detect attached usb device (headphone dongle with active electronics in it (D to A converter). Tried a few different ways, no results. The full page ads oyhers have disliked did not bother me, considering the nature of the app (one would use it infrequently, only for short lengths of time, can tolerate some intrusive ads in that case)

I wanted to identify if my USB is still fat32 or ntfs after formatting it. App does not show this info. Ads are also annoying. Avoid.

Best App. It can even get your phone into charging mode if the problem is that even though the "power consumer" is properly connected to the"power supplier", it's still not getting into charging mode. If you run the app, click on the problematic USB device, tap the diagnostic report, wait for the app to load the permission popup, tap Use by default for this app, wait for the app to complete the diagnosing process, then you will see that, after a few seconds, the phone/tablet starts charging.

Had trouble detecting a USB connection to a printer, this app sorted it straight away. Ads are annoying but not a great problem. Easy to use and just the job for my requirements.

App works wonderfully. With this app I was able to diagnose and correct all issues with USB-C headphones and peripherals. Without this app the frustration of connecting usb headphones could be enough to make a person curb stomp a phone. This app should have a paid option to be rid of ads.
