C'è chi dice no Fans Club, è formato da un gruppo di persone di diversa età legate dalla forte passione per la musica e per il grande Vasco Rossi e soprattutto dall'importante obiettivo di aiutare i bambini sofferenti e bisognosi. Perchè quindi non coniugare divertimento, musica e beneficenza? Ecco che prende il via l'associazione benefica senza scopo di lucro Fans Club "C'è chi dice no". Il Fans Club "C'è chi dice no" nasce il 13 aprile 2005 a Fara Novarese ed ha sede presso il Bar Silver. L'associazione ha lo scopo di gestire in forma autonoma e democratica l'aggregazione dei giovani e non solo al fine di avvicinarli alla musica come arte e cultura e di organizzare, occasionalmente, concerti, manifestazioni, tributi, feste, viaggi d'istruzione, scambi culturali, convegni, conferenze, dibattiti, seminari, proiezione films e documentari, a scopo benefico. L'associazione si propone un proprio concetto di gestione che allarga il significato stesso di "associazione" non solo come luogo di incontro per giovani, ma anche come centro di stimolo e di aiuto alla socializzazione e di scambi culturali
