Total waste of my time and an utter rip off. I didn't get the service that I paid for and the app doesn't work properly. After advice from there customer service dept to uninstall and reinstall the app to correct the problem I am left outta pocket and a dud app that says my account is blocked with my funds. And that isn't even the worst of it as it is near impossible to get into contact with there customer service.

if there was an option to give no stars at all i wouldve chosen that option! App is faulty. chose to top up €10 it got stuck when i was doing it and ended up topping up €20 instead. this wasnt ideal but was like its fine but ive had €17 left on it for the past month and the app would not work at all and i havent been able to make any calls since. Emailed a couple weeks back and ive had no response to my query.so i decided to re-instal the app thinking this might help but NOW the acc in blocked!!

Could be good. I have unlimited minutes, so chose the option calling via local access number. 19 out of 20 it doesn't work. The automated voice says "the number cannot be reached at the moment". Disappointing...

One star for being cheap. But the app is a mess. Calling via phone lines won't work. It could be some blocking from network provider though. Calling via internet is damn power hungry. Half an hour of call and the phone is red hot in my OnePlus 6T. it doesn't happen even with power hungry games.

Very bad, wasted my money as call never Connect and all the time you have to phone for 2 hours on helpline to be connected. Which drop if then you have to do the process again. Most of time helpline call drop automatically after half an hour. WORSE EVER APP OF MY LIFE. PISSED OFF TOTALLY

It's getting stopping those times It says Unformately, Delight Calling has stopped, but I didn't do anything but It used a slow app by the way please fix this app, but it lags and then it stopped
