It is very inconvenient that this App now does not allow sending pictures. Going through gmail to send a picture is not effective. In the past we used to do it. Also, you are charging now 5 cents for messages above 160 characters. in the past it was only 2 cents..not good at all. You still charge for each message I send whether it reaches the destination or not. Very disappointed.

Messaging balance can't be used to send recharge...disappointing. Most people use other apps to communicate with Cuba ...

I really like that I can message people from Cuba with this app. But, I hate that it charges 5 cents for every text message sent through it. I don't mind paying a subscription or a one-time fee for constant use. But, I shouldn't have to pay ANYTHING for each individual text. And the prices to call and text are ridiculous. Please make this a subscription or one-time fee to pay

the back buttons don't wont work on my galaxy s9. If I'm in a conversation and I want to go back to other conversations I have to close the application and reopen it. this really should not be happening in 2019. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it several times and nothing works. funny that on my iPhone 7 it works flawlessly

Ad of January 4, 2020. I have been TRYING to call my FAMILY in Cuba using this App. EVERY TIME I call and connect, NONE of my family members can hear me AND I can not hear them. I have tried 1- Restarting my cellphone, 2- Clearing Cache and junk, 3- Uninstalling and Reinstalling this app and NOTHING work's. I Have been DEALING with this for 4 day's now. Mind you, I did receive my minutes back ( thank you kindly). BUT, THIS PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. WHAT'S GOING ON ????

This used to be a great app but after the latest upgrades and integration into Gmail, videos are dropped, videos do not work on iPhones it now only shows a placemarker and the videos will not download, account is not synched across devices. I used to be happy spending $20 to $30 a month to use this app but I will stop using it now as the service provided is not adequate for the costs incurred and unreliability
