Funny how GTL only charges $.03 per min to talk to inmate and this is way more expensive just for a few phone calls, it's ridiculous. On top of all that, the video finally pops up saying it's working now but then it doesn't allow you to connect saying bad connection but takes the money off anyway. App needs major bug fixes! It's so poor quality, I can't stand it. However, as of right now, it's the only way I have to talk to my loved one! Now the updated version is not even allowing me to log in
