Only reason I gave it a star is that the Camera has good guality in daylight as you are watching it, but can't rewind or fastforward and evertytime u try it just goes back hours before. And doesn't even stay connected always have to keep reconnecting it. This is a big waist of money!!!!!!

Had trouble figuring out how to save videos on cloud storage. The videos do not save unless you go in and manually push record therefore playback feature doesn't work.

So far we enjoy it very much. There is a slight delay and sometimes it takes a bit to load but otherwise it's great! I love the two way communication and the night vision is very clear and crisp.

Bought for my parents house to monitor &check on them throught the day. Very user friendly. Installs in mins. I can watch them 24/7 and talk to them thru the speaker. Wish they were around 20 yrs ago when my kids were home alone. The price is a steal for the piece of mind I have.
