new: this app is still hot garbage. 95% of the time I can't use it at all to get into the mailroom and gym, and the office has such restricted hours I can never use the amenities I pay for. I've talked to the app creators a half dozen time for 6+ months and no progress. It also takes up to 2 weeks to hear back from them. original: The app has not worked for over a week. Just crashes. We count on this app for all services in the community, so it a huge issue when not working. Please address.

For about seven months, this app has failed 9/10 times I've tried to use it for our facilities. We've filed countless complaints, but they are never addressed past one good use. After that, it continues to fail again. Basically we're paying for facilities we cannot use.
