This app is absolutely terrible. It's always disconnecting me in the middle of visits, always freezing up, booting me off, making me log in again. I spend a lot of money with inmate sales and waste even more in lost time where it keeps messing up. PLEASE FIX THIS!!! It's getting ridiculous.

Constantly disconnects. Visits aren't long enough as it is and when you have to log in repeatedly it takes away from visit. Says already logged in to other device. This is not correct. I log out of everything prior to visitation. Customer service blames my connection or inappropriate behavior. Neither are correct. I have also tried going through website which is just as bad. Not to mention the rates are ridiculous. The only thing that your company has going for you are compassionate reps.

This is the most retarded app I've ever used to my life! Can't set up a visit on it, and once you set your visit up online and use the app you spend half of your visit time reconnecting and logging back in! luckily it don't charge you for the minute you're not connected! I guess it saves my minutes!!
