When I'm trying to register a grievance, it's automatically pushing me out and asking to re login again. I cleared cache, re installed the app and tried again. But it shows the same error. When the description of this app says RTGS, DO YOU MEAN REAL TIME GROSS SETTLEMENT by any chance? And so there is no grievance report. Many people will try it once or twice and gets frustrated and leave it. Then the basic idea of this app fails apart from all the ads glorifying the Govt.

Worst app, not even single option working, very poor performance. Every time getting error like view or table deos not exists, OTP generation failed unknown error. Even unable to login also. Very poor development and maintenance of app quality

What is happening with this app, whenever try to open this app, it is automatically closing the app at the same time of opening. And going phone home screen. What is the use of this app. By keeping this in a problematic condition. Please resolve this issue asap. I have a travel plan on Sunday by train from banglore to Vijayawada. Worst app ... I can't even find what the purpose of this app ... Grievances data is not showing and it can't connect to helpline number ... And i can't even found some usefulness in this app

There's no"spandana" with spandana app. This app is not relating to any party (ysr,bjp&tdp), this is relating to public. The administration will be stable. The public is looking for government and administration goodness.

Unable to download my certificates..unable to write my grievances.( Dated 01.07.2020) Grievance module is fixed after update..but we are unable to access the m pocket certificate service.kindly fix the same ( dated 05.07.2020).
