It is very expensive, the fee alone is almost $5. There is a almost $5 fee to put money on a card(for whatever reason you would need to do so) and then another almost $5 fee to take that money off the card and onto the account. So a $20.00 bill will only, add about $15.00. That's around $10 whole dollars. And don't even get me started on how expensive the calls, messages, and video visitations are. I've already spent over $300, without a doubt. The video lags sometimes, but it's not that bad.

Video chat rarely works for duration of visit. App always has connection errors & boots me out more often than not. Feel like these issues aren't addressed or updated because they get our money, regardless. When calling customer service I usually get hung up on before I can even express what I need help with. Email for help & better customer service experience but it still doesn't help resolve any issues within the app. *Edit* this app is terrible no matter how many times it's updated!

I would never recommend this app.. It worked the first time we used it. Thereafter I was not able to access the app. I took my phone to Verizon and they tell me there is nothing wrong with my phone. When calling customer service, the problem is never addressed. I feel sorry for those poor people working with a company that will not address the real problem with this application. If I could rate this with no star at all, I would do so.

If I could give zero stars I would. It only works if I'm connected to wifi my cell service alone doesnt work for it. Theres almost a $10 total fee to add money onto it AND 90% of the time it wont allow me to answer the call when I'm getting one. Worse service ever but it's now the only way to communicate except snail mail

This has to be the worst app i have ever downloaded. I forgot my password so i clicked the button to reset it and nothing ever happens, no email with a link nothing. I have repeated this over and over again and yet STILL nothing. I dont even see how this app has a 2.9 average rating its total garbage.

Yes it drops sometimes...but I'm sure that's because of cell service not Citytelecoin. This is a great app and a great way to talk and see your loved ones
