This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Fiscaliza Já on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

O sistema de ouvidoria desenvolvido pela City Connect é uma ferramenta que une todos os canais de atendimento (como telefone, e-mail ou atendimento pessoal) em um único aplicativo, agilizando o processo e permitindo uma participação mais eficiente do cidadão nas questões de administração pública do seu município.

No Fiscaliza Já o cidadão pode:

Realizar uma ocorrência. Para isso, o morador deve baixar o aplicativo em seu Smartphone, registrar sua manifestação de forma anônima ou autenticada, escolher qual categoria a ocorrência se encaixa, informar o endereço e descrever o problema, podendo enviar uma foto. Por exemplo: um morador da cidade percebeu um buraco na via que está causando transtornos para o trânsito local e quer relatar o problema. Ele pode, através do aplicativo, enviar uma foto e descrever a situação da rua registrando assim a ocorrência.

No Fiscaliza Já a prefeitura pode:

Ter acesso aos registros das ocorrências que serão analisadas e encaminhadas para o setor responsável. Dentro do prazo estabelecido, o órgão deve apresentar uma resposta ou solução para o problema dentro de um prazo estabelecido.
Através de um painel de ferramentas disponível ao responsável pela gestão da ouvidoria, é possível acompanhar a situação das ocorrências:

* Quantidade de ocorrências;
* Controle de ocorrências atendidas, em andamento ou em atraso;
* Quais as categorias apresentam mais ocorrências;
* Em quais localidades as ocorrências são mais frequentes;
* Qual a média do tempo de atendimento das ocorrências
* Mensurar o nível de satisfação do atendimento
