This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Blurb on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

About this app

Tap the screen and enter a quick message to display on your screen in huge red font, so that you can display it to someone else. Your phone will turn into a scrolling signboard if the message is longer. Better than any conventional marquee scrolling display apps.

This is for those awkward moments when someone can't hear you or when it's not convenient to talk. Perfect for parties, classes, conferences. Great for Airport pickups as well if you are a Taxi Driver. Display football scores as well as messages to the TV cameras from the stadiums.
