Works well for hourly alaram

It looked promising at first. It chimes a few times, maybe even as promised for a couple of days, but then just stops for no reason. plays no sound after the first 4 or 5 chimes . I just want a 5 second quick chime. all I get is a notification that stays on screen to say “stop” every hour. I have had this installed for about 1 year. I have deleted several times and re installed but the same issues. I have given it long enough so now I’m unhappily uninstalling.

So far it works well. But, it does not work on my relatives' phone which uses android 5.

This app is exactly what I need to cure my time blindness. However, when a notification goes off, it's as if an alarm is going, I cannot use the Gboard, I've got the assistant suggesting stop or snooze, when there is no alarm. I've also disabled alarm in the app settings, but still behaves like an alarm. Any suggestions? Pixel 7 Pro, Android 15
