About this app

Official App of Public Works Department, Shivamogga Circle, Karnataka for Grievance Redressal.

The primary responsibility of the public works department is to work for the betterment of the comfort of the people. We need to redress the grievances of the people in connection with roads,bridges and public buildings. The general public could face many difficulties, problems regarding the quality, safety, aesthetics of the roads, riding comforts, facilities to be available in the public buildings, repairs to be attended etc., Generally it is very difficult for a common man or to anyone to contact the right person, officer to ask for the redressal of these, grievances or seek the solution for their problems. This creates a bad impression among the people about the department.

Therefore this “APP” enables public and even the departmental engineers to identify general and specific problems on roads, bridges and buildings and can directly send it to the concerned officers, just by a click of a button. This will be immediately redressed and communicated back to the complainant. This process will also be recorded in the Central Administration System for supervision.
