Let me start by saying that a paid for the year. I love the idea of the service and have been happy with the call screening. It saves me from having to talk to people (spam calls) that I don't want to, and allows me to get the calls from people I don't want to miss, even when I don't recognize the number. Here's where I knock two stars: When you setup the app on your phone it requires you to use the call hero app as your default phone app. This is fine because you can still use your dialer of choice to make calls. The problem comes in when you are looking up a phone number in another app, say Google Maps. When I click a number to call in google maps, it opens in the Call Hero dialer since it's my default. From there, I can't do anything. When I click "Dial" inside the app just seems to freeze with no feedback whatsoever. I have found myself having to copy and paste numbers into the phone's default dialer which is ANNOYING. Fix the dialer screen to be more useful and operate more like the default phone dialer I'll bump my review to 5 stars.

Does the job very well. Call Hero is an aggressive option when you want to get rid of spammers blowing up your phone with texts and calls. If someone is not in your phone or is not responsive Call Hero inuitively senses that this is not a legit call.

The code I'm given after I send my telephone number will NOT enter. After she says, "valid for...", When I enter the code ( or codes, as I have done this many times ) it says code not valid. I have written to you several times now. Could your number have been accidentally blocked??? It worked great, until it didn't. Like I said.

1 Star. Despite granting all requested permissions, going through entire tutorial and setup as per instructions and generating a custom list of numbers to block, this app hasn't blocked or screened a single call since. Moving on to the next app. Uninstalled.

Wow! All the spam calls have stopped! My cell only rings when it is a number from my contacts!! Peace at last! Love this free app and I'm considering upgrading to the premium version.

So far so good I'm pretty impressed I only use the free version but I haven't had spam phone call since I've had the app on my phone and I've had an important phone call today one i thought that I missed an appointment phone call with legal aid one with legal aid of Nebraska and they asked me if I wanted to take the phone call ?I said yes I my caller ID said who it was all so my phone rang like normal and I did miss my important phone call and I'm only using the free version
