This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing BuildMethod on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

OMG so apparently I was not doing enough to grow my legs. This app has been pushing me and I'm getting results. I'm never bored because no matter what exercises I pick I get a unique workout routine.

BuildMethod - This app will allow you to achieve great results, within a short period of time. This app allows you to target specific body parts and select a goal to create a workout program to fit your home (body weight workouts) or gym needs. In addition, you are able to select from an extensive list of exercises that are filtered and updated based on what works best for your specific goal. Our system updates your workout programs over time as it receives your feedback on your results.

Using BuildMethod you will receive the following:

- Exercises with video support for each workout;
- Continuously evolving lists of the most effective exercises for each goal and body area.
- Choose between three goals for each body part Smaller, Tone, and Bigger.
- Ability to save and track data about your weight, reps, time under tension, and muscle activation for each workout routine.
