I have never received any alerts via this app, even when I received alerts by other means. The only useful functionality is the service lookup, which is somewhat practical but easily found by other means.

Useless. Crashes every time I try to log in. Easier to just go to the website.

Even with an iALERTZ account, the app will not do certain functions. And when I try, that app just closes.

Signed up using nyalerts account and input location info, and though I can see alerts on the website, there are no alerts listed on the app.
