I have been a BT customer for something like 20 years and use them for landline, email, internet and TV. The current package gives me Freeview with live TV and recordings - and access to my Amazon and Netflix accounts under one roof. If I could only get YouTube as an app I would have everything under one roof. Always found BT a helpful and proactive provider - including when needing an Internet provider for a student.

2* Message previews don't display properly. You can't swipe left/right to go between messages. Junk filters seem to not be functioning as suddenly getting 10x more spam through! Shame they couldn't duplicate more of the Yahoo app functionality. UPDATE to 3*: they have fixed the ability to swipe left/right to jump between messages. Zoom and natural-feeling display still not great, but improving.

Update 14 Apr 21: Since upgrade 12 Apr, app's unstable & crashed 27 times in 11 hours. It's not getting any better. Can't send email from the app. Pretty much the point of a Mail App, I'd have thought, but cannot send a single thing. So, it alerts me that I have a new message, the preview is garbled, breaking words up indiscriminately, and then I've had to reinstall Samsung Mail App to be able to respond. Do you remember when BT used the Yahoo! Mail App, and it worked? Well, I miss those days.

App has had alot of issues. Not sure if it's just an android issue or huawei compatability but until 2 days ago I never got notifications of emails. Also frustrating is if I delete an email on my phone its not deleted from the server so it has to be done on the laptop. Also deleting emails is a chore, you can't just swipe to delete them so it takes too long. Could easily be improved, come on BT get with the programme.
