Not only a Single BSNL app works properly. Every bsnl apps there is some issue. Your official app creator engineer don't have proper knowledge. Test yourself before launching on internet. BSNL app just waste our MB nothing as. Shame 🙄 on not a Single positive feedback. Ur app doesn't deserved 1 star ⭐ also.

I'm new customer of bsnl. Using 4g network sim. Hoping there would be good network coverage at my home and fast internet But bsnl disappointed me. I get H+ signal when I turn on mobile internet instead of 4g. Its pathetic and the build and quality of bsnl is 3rd grade. I don't believe how could such inefficient people running the company.

App is worse and the worst sim is bsnl for internet connectivity. The speed goes upto 0.23mb/sec even if i have a bsnl tower 50 meter far from my home . I have upgraded my 2g sim to 4g but the speed is worse than 2g . I also advise as other not to buy bsnl for internet . Cheap things are not great . Buy any of the other sim with costly recharge that will be beneficial.

Poor app. Does not allow to login even after given required permissions & entering correct number & OTP received. Show this error message - "Identity parameter missing".

Problem at the time of registration only. As soon as I enter the pin and submit, it says "IDENTITY PARAMETER MISSING". it has happened 4 times and still unable to finish registration.
