Works well if configured by your provider well on the backend. Cisco provides enough information for this, but some don't do it right anyway. No issues for me.

The app crashes, it logs you out without you knowing, log-in errors so you can't log back in. I3 broadband should be ashamed to use such a poor app. Long-term service commitment with i3 broadband is doubtful when it utilizes an app that directly affects my business negatively.

Calls work ok, but app keeps forgetting my user name, so doesn't work on my Google pixel - update. I have reinstalled the app, seems to be ok now. Most importantly, the voice is clear and works well, we had Vonage previously and there was a terrible delay on the voices Update.. doesn't seem to work with Android, keeps logging you out every day, which is useless

In the beginning the app was not very good. Now I have no issues. The connection is great, voicemail works perfect, conference calls are good, all the widgets work well. I have an android phone.

It takes about 4 or 5 tries to get the app working without crashing after opening it up for the first time in a few hours

This app sucks. Terrible at making calls. My phone does not ring so I only receive bas transcriptions after the fact. What's the point of having an app to sync my office and cell phones if it doesn't work?
