About this app

What will you feed your mind so that it gets motivated again?

BRAINERGY IS THAT TEASPOON OF “HONEY” YOU SHOULD TAKE IN THE MORNING, FOR A BOOST OF MENTAL ENERGY.

You will get it in brief portions of motivational texts on your mobile or email, three times per week. It perks up your tired brain that may be uncomfortable in an isolation mode, lacking appreciation from others or simply lacking motivation.

Three times each week!

MONDAY --- To start the week in full force.
WEDNESDAY --- So you wouldn’t forget what guides you in life.
FRIDAY --- To end the week well.

YOUR MESSAGE IS TAILORED FOR YOU, GENERATED BY A UNIQUE FORMULA BASED ON YOUR RESPONSE PATTERN ON A VERY BRIEF SURVEY.

You’re 2 minutes and 14 questions away from your micro-motivators

The survey has been created by our dear psychology professor Dr. Russ Watson, who has been working for 37 years in the functional assessment industry by which companies define their employees talent in the recruitment and selection process. This model is not intended for recruitment or selection. It is focused on you, and you’re the only one who sees the results.

From there, Dr. Russ observed in society a serous lack of motivation. He developed a unique survey (not an assessment) through which he could personalize the motivation shots-in-the-arm. There are 2,376 different combinations of responses to this brief 2-minute survey. This is how the model was born and this is what we’ll use to generate your personalized Brainergy micro-motivators.

--- A brief survey of 14 questions from three areas (heart, head, and hand) that you can finish in less than 2 minutes.

--- Our secret is that we trust your gut answers so we’re not posing the same questions several times (in a different form) during our survey.

--- We rely on your sincere answers which gives us a 96% accuracy (compared with the much longer behavior and motivator assessments.)

--- It all comes from honesty and integrity. You respond honestly, and Brainergy brings integrity with the best micro-motivator messages we can deliver to you.
