I received an email that said I can download the app and schedule workout times or classes. So I downloaded it, put in my membership info, and there's nowhere to schedule workout times or classes. Then when I click contact, it goes to a location menu. I click on my location. I click contact and the phone rang then hung up on me. I certainly hope you don't plan to charge me money when you have given me incorrect procedures, or anyway to utilize my membership. I'm so angry 😡

Yeah, no where to put membership info in, except member card for scanning purposes only. No class schedules anywhere, have to reserve gym time slot on website portal, can't do on app. Update: I was getting this confused with their "Fit Portal App", there you can see available classes and reserve a spot. Not sure why they both exist besides this one has fit perks.

It would be nice if we could use our member barcode on the app to check in at the gym with our phones instead of with the key tag! This still does not work after we have been told that they are working on it for months!
