This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing POA: Open Doors on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

POA (Open Doors) is an app that resume the Principe of the hastag that was used on Twitter at many times during some attacks in France. It helped people to find an accommodation when they were at the place of the attack.

This app currently allow to :

~ Propose your accommodation :

With a simple form, the user can give approximative or exact informations about himself and his accommodation (address, name or pseudo) and propose his accommodation to all the other users. His accommodation will be visible on the map during an hour. Any informations about the accommodation or the user is not used or kept after that hour.

~ Search an accommodation :

With one click, a user access to the map with all the "open doors" which are close to him, and can see the informations about them. Then, hecan go to one of them.

Currently the app is still in development and allows to do the more simple and useful taks. Later, other features (non exhaustive list below) will allows the using and sharing of the information easier.
