BEYOND makes it easy for users to interact and keep track of recent developments within the organization - regardless of their location or position in the company.

News are published by Designated Content Creators who can create a more engaging content by uploading photos or videos alongside text. There is an option to categorize each post by division and post something on behalf of other colleagues. Users have access to the news in the main feed. They can scroll through it to read older posts and switching between tabs makes it easy to filter them by divisions. Each post offers users the ability to actively participate by commenting, leaving reactions and replying to comments.

Development of employee relations is encouraged by the option to place a call directly from the app to any user, as well as access to other employee details from personalized profiles.
