Doesn't let me records videos, when you add an email, enter the info, click the record button, it says to wait a second and never loads. Have reinstalled the app 3 times trying to solve the problem to no avail. 😭

OBSESSED with this app. So simple to use and has made selling FAR more personalised and way easier. I love how it has also enabled me to add a really human element to some otherwise low-touch or automated aspects of my business which makes me (and my customers!) happy :) Literally one of the best apps I use in my business. I couldn't be without it now.

Awesome tech but so much scrolling... When trying to read customer responses, every time I hit back I am jump to the top of the list. Also wish I could filter customers by what they purchased. Sometimes we get so many of one kind that other sign-ups get completely buried. But it is a really fast and personal way to make people feel very special, such cool technology!

Love the app! We found it's the best way to record and process. This developer is really friendly and looking for ways to always improve. Looking forward to seeing how the 100 videos I already sent about my workshop will affect conversions. I am always looking for a way to get personal with people that I serve. Thank you Bonjoro! Unique service that I'd love to use but the Pixel 4 camera has not been working for months. Makes you look like an Infra-red ghost.

Has really helped me 'wow' customers of my small business and led to more sales due to a better customer experience. The mobile app is pretty reliable, albeit a little basic. I'm sure they'll add to it in future and they always answer support questions quickly.
