This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Call Blocker - Outgoing Calls on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It works great for what I need. Every other out going call blocker just blacks ALL out going calls, but I need only some out going calls blocked. It's totally simple to use. The only things I do not like about this app is the full screen ads, but that's not really a problem since I just need to set my blocked numbers once. I had trouble using the equals option. The call still went through when I tried testing it with another phone. I found that using the "Contains" option works perfectly fine, but it could potentially block a wide range of numbers that I don't need blocked.

Call Blocker can reject unwanted calls automatically. If you have been annoyed by spam calls from salesman, or if you want to reject calls from anyone.

You can block outgoing calls or incoming calls by adding the number to blacklist numbers. You can change outgoing call blocker list or incoming call blocker list to manage your blacklisted number

Set Blacklist number according to no "Start With", "Contain" or "Equal" particular number. You can block list of number which start with +91/91 using "Start With" option. You can block multiple no which "Contains" particular number. You can block number with exact match using "Equal" option.

You can set password of application so that other user cannot change blocked numbers. You need to enter password before changing the outgoing call blocker list or incoming calls= blocker
