The app works fine out of the box. Once BOX was installed and I added my device as a family network I then downloaded the BOX Agent to manage my device along with my Bitdefender Mobile Security app. The only issue I'm seeing so far which I've contacted support about was the BOX Agent icon appears in the notifications bar and will not disappear. It just constantly stays there which gets kind of annoying/distracting. I've checked all my other apps notification settings and they all have the same toggled switches turned on, so I'm unsure if its a bug or glitch. Just wanted to give my two-cents out there. I do hope that notification issue is updated on the next patch.

I leave this app alone for the most part as it does it's work in the background. But it does a great job in all areas except for 2. 1. The VPN doesn't activate automatically when on another secure Wifi that isn't mine. 2. The location of my phone through the Box management app doesb show up. I assume that is because this app isn't sending the infor when it is requested. Overall I am very satisfied wiht Bitdefender Box.

I guess it is keeping my phone safe, there is no way to tell for sure. I haven't gotten any viruses or malware since I bought the Box two months ago. However, I've never gotten a virus or malware on my phone for the last 20 years I've had a cell phone. What is REALLY frustrating is that every time I get on the Internet I get redirected to the Play Store to download the Box Agent. How many times do I need to download the damn Agent before I can just go straight to the Internet. It is the same with opening a link in an email... Box Damn Agent redirect. Every time. Never fail. I either have to download it, or exit and retry, exit and retry, exit and retry, throw the phone across the room, break the phone, buy a new phone, exit and retry, exit and retry, download the same damn Box Agent, repeat. When is the patch going to update in my phone so I don't have to keep doing this? Or should I just stop using the Jack in the Box that so far hasn't benefitted me in any way that I can tell?

Great app, enable private line doesn't stay enabled though, maybe I just don't know how to work it but every time I go back to the app the private line is disabled. :(

Great update: the agent now allows you to manually toggle the "private line" which is great feature, very happy.
