About this app

BIDDRIP is a simple to use system for businesses that regularly send bids, quotes, or estimates via email right from the system. The system provides features that helps the small business and business owner / operator save time and money by automating their bid preparation. This is done by preparing up to 15 bid templates in advance, complete with text, links, and images. Once the initial consultation or inspection is done, the user selects one of the bid templates, updates the cost / time information, and then sends a professional-looking bid via email to your customer. This can be done from the mobile app or the PC account that comes with the service. There is a form to intake customer appointments and travel to their location via GPS integration; all managed by an internal calendar viewable on the PC or mobile application.
Each account comes with integrated Twilio text messaging notification, to alert users that the bid is in their email inbox. After the job completed que is updated, the system will send an email with reminders to the customer requesting them to provide you with a customer review. The system is managed through a PC account, and there is a growing help section. This system is for the business owner that will take the time to learn it and the benefit that it can bring to your business.
