Sighted user.I like the idea of this app. It's very interesting. so far I have helped someone read their treadmill, explained what a picture looked like and how to fill out an online application. I too do not receive notifications on my Samsung Galaxy S7. So, I just check periodically throughout the day. I wish app would give you an option to review your message or audio message before sending. To check for sound quality or mistakes. Needs a bit of improvement, overall a good app.

As everyone else has stated, you do not receive notifications. It also says the app hasn't been updated since 2016, so that's a problem. I've helped many people over the last couple of weeks but haven't gotten any requests in several days now. Maybe no one has needed help, or maybe it's an issue with the app, who knows.

I am a sighted individual and I can not make an account with this app. It won't send me the verification email. Maybe it's because my last name is Corona. I'm not sure. But if this isn't working for me then I'm not sure a blind person would get much out of this when no new accounts are able to be created.

Seems to work.. but no notifications on Samsung Galaxy Edge S9. I did get one notification early on that wouldn't go away too. Notifications would definitely speed up replies too. -- Edit: Please fix notifications, false notifications, ones that wont go away very troublesome.

Great app really behind the idea of it. I've got an issue others have reported though, it doesn't give phone notifications on Samsung S7 edge.

Sighted user. Great overall, but notifications don't work. I have to remember to check back occasionally to see if someone needs help.
