Not only does it have access to the microphone, it records! I couldn't use my video camera because "Another app is recording audio." Turned AxWave app off and I could use my camera again.

This app uses over 11% memory and drains the battery by 6%.... Those are HEAVY numbers for only 10 meter points... Uninstalled and couldn't be happier because my phone actually works again.
