It's great to be able to read voicemail and look at the list of all voicemail instead of having to listen to them. Unfortunately, this app no longer serves those functions. I find voice mail appear in the app often several days after the message was left. And not a single message has been transcribed for months now. This app is making me miss important messages.

It use to be a good app I never had problems with it when it was a good one now at&t hasn't updated it in a long time they need a new one that actually works it needs to be fixed I was receiving text messages and I just got this phone 4 days ago when I downloaded this voicemail app I started receiving text messages problem is that y'all need to get on the ball and fix it asap...

Why can't AT&T get someone to write this properly? Old version gave so/so text transcription. good enough for me. They couldn't make it right so they cut it out. Seems to vary by phone if you get transcription or not. Wonky interface. Sometimes can't open up the specific phone message to play it. 5 or 6 taps and all of a sudden it works...until it doesn't. no rhyme or reason. Put it on speaker and hold it to your ear to listen it stops playing. What a mess.

Not good at all. In order to see if i got a voicemail, I have to manually reload it, but even then it sometimes doesn't load anything when there is a message. When it does show a message, it's stuck loading, so I can't even listen to it. Im trying to find work, but this makes things difficult. What if I'm left a message about an interview, but don't see it in time? I can't keep checking my voicemail by calling myself after every random phone call. I rate it 2 because it occasionally works right.

BEWARE!! If you are "upgrading" from the traditional dial-in voicemail to visual voicemail; AT&T treats it like a new voicemail setup. If you start using visual voicemail, AT&T WILL DELETE YOUR PREVIOUSLY SAVED MESSAGES on the dial-in system. I lost the recording from a loved one who passed away because I saved their message on the "old" system and then lost it when I downloaded this app. Too bad no one at AT&T could be bothered to share that important information until after the fact.

Att is a terrible company. If you are thinking to switch don't. I have never set a "voicemail password" and got a new Google pixel yeah awesome! Well turns out you now don't have access to your voicemails because everything is automated robots who just say sorry goodbye. Terrible company. Business models just designed to milk people for money like dairy cows. I cannot believe I have to download an app to even think about altering my voicemail set up that I never set up. What a waste of my life.
