At&t does not know how to make a effin App. This app is slow, it sucks. I can never get my voicemail on time because the app doesn't launch despite a reinstall. Jesus AT&T, you are a global comm company, you should be able to do seamless voicemail.

I hate this stupid app. For some reason my messages started going there out of nowhere (I didn't even have the app installed) and I can't get them to go back to visual voicemail and I tried uninstalling and removing permissions and nothing works and I don't want my messages to go there and I don't know what to do.

Horrible app. I don't get how this is a "feature" for business accounts. For voicemail playback cannot control volume for speaker, have to select output (ear/BT/speaker) for every message, message stops playing if you switch apps or screen turns off and you have to start over, and it keeps control of audio output so that my media and notifications go to my earpiece instead of my speaker (have to force close the ATT app every time I use it). Pixel 2.

Terrible app, instead of simplifying my business process it just creates more steps to get my voicemail. It regularly "forgets" my contacts...I'd give it zero stars if I could
