Betere samenwerking en alarmering van BHV’ers

StandBy verenigt verschillende functies rondom bedrijfshulpverlening, veiligheid en beveiliging in één systeem met een smartphone app. Dit bespaart een investering in verschillende deeloplossingen zoals piepers, portofoons en toegangsdetectie- of registratiesystemen. Ook is deze oplossing ideaal voor verzamelgebouwen. De applicatie is beschikbaar voor meerdere organisaties waardoor de veiligheid en beveiliging verhoogt. BHV’ers worden ‘gedeeld’ door het pand. Welke functionaliteiten heeft StandBy?

Aanwezigheid van hulpverleners en medewerkers

StandBy monitort automatisch de aanwezigheid van (voldoende) BHV’ers en andere hulpverleners zoals EHBO’ers en beveiligers via de StandBy app. De aanwezige hulpverleners worden getoond op een (narrowcast/digital signage) scherm bij bijvoorbeeld de receptie. Dit voorkomt dat er door een foutgevoelig handmatig systeem schijnveiligheid ontstaat. Ook kan worden bepaald welke BHV’ers zich waar in het pand bevinden. Zo kan bij een calamiteit direct de dichtstbijzijnde hulpverlener worden ingeschakeld.

Alarmering op de smartphone

StandBy alarmeert BHV’ers (en andere hulpverleners) via de StandBy app op hun smartphone, zelfs als deze in stil/vergaderstand staat. Alarmering kan eenvoudig worden verstuurd naar de aanwezige BHV’ers via de app of via een desktop webapplicatie voor receptie, meldkamer of hoofd BHV/beveiliging.

Communicatie via de “portofoonfunctie”

Met StandBy kunnen BHV’ers en andere gebruikers eenvoudig met elkaar communiceren via spraak. Met de StandBy app kunnen BHV’ers direct met elkaar communiceren op één kanaal om zo een ontruiming goed te coördineren.
